You’ll examine core agentic workflow patterns, including reflection, planning, tool use, and collaboration, while comparing prompting and reasoning approaches. You’ll explore hierarchical and peer-to-peer multi-agent orchestration and learn how to break complex goals into tasks with clear validation criteria. You’ll also learn to incorporate human-in-the-loop approvals, context and iteration limits, and apply agentic workflows to examples from software engineering, marketing, customer issue resolution, competitive intelligence, and supply chains. Finally, you’ll evaluate agent performance while considering security, accountability, governance, and cost. By the end, you’ll be able to assess where agentic AI fits, select an orchestration approach, design workflows with task decomposition and validation, and apply appropriate human oversight.
